Casa Espera is a wonderful panoramic penthouse of 55 square meters boasting 60 square meters of terraces with an amazingly breathtaking view over the Aeolian Islands and the most glorious sunsets one can admire around here. It is located at the third floor of the Residence L'Uliveto and undoubtedly could be the right choice for a romantic couple (even with an additional child) that wishes to spend holidays in a nice and comfortable property of a marked character. This fascinating penthouse can host 2 + 1 persons in a large sitting room with a dining area, a partly separated kitchen, a corridor, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.  The entrance door opens directly to a large open plan where have place : - a sitting area furnished with a sofa and a single pouff-bed, a coffee table and TV set; - a dining area sitting up to 6 persons;  - a partly separated, well sized kitchen, a real cheerful corner, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, four burners, oven and all the paraphernalia you might need to cook whatever you might feel like cooking. The warmth of a lovely fire place completes the atmosphere and gives a pleasant homely feel to the apartment. 

The door window of the living room gives direct access to the huge main terrace which allows to an uninterrupted view from the three sides of the house: this is a place where to have breakfast or dinner, or lie down on deck chairs taking a rest or reading a book in the shade or just enjoy the magic of the landscape sipping a good glass of wine. From the living room, walking through a separate corridor that allows privacy to all this area there are: - a bathroom with shower, which door window opens to a nice terrace in view of the garden and the sea; - a spacious double bedroom, with a window to the same view, furnished with a wrought iron queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The washing machine is fitted outdoor in the main terrace.   

FREE Internet WiFi, Sat TV, air conditioning/heating, car parking, veranda furniture, washing machine are provided. Cot and high chair available upon request. In the communal park of L'Uliveto a children playground and a Tennis Court are available to our guests while a private gate gives direct access to the front free beach at a distance of circa 80 metres. Parasols and sun deck chairs are also available to our guests of L'Uliveto on our private area of the sandy beach in San Giorgio (8 Km) where a FREE WiFi zone is operating to our guests.
