The ULIVETO is a lovely residential park and undoubtedly the best place where to stay in town. It is located approx. 70 km west of Messina, along the Tyrrhenian coast of Sicily and just opposite to the Aeolian Islands . It lies at the foot of the rocky Cape Skino, at the gates of the charming bathing town of Gioiosa Marea, mostly renowned for the beauty of its panoramic promenade and the fantastic colours of its sunsets over the skyline of the Islands of Filicudi and Alicudi. The complex, which is within a wide fenced private park, inaccessible to outsiders, has a well cared garden with a luxuriant and varied vegetation made of coloured flowers, oleanders, bougainvilleas, fragrant butterbushes, palm trees and very, very, old olive trees. Since it is a few steps away from the long stretch of fine sandy (and sunny) beach, going for a swim is something you can do easily, on foot, walking through a private exit, simply wearing your bathing suit and a towel. Inside the garden, a tennis court, a playground for children and car-park are available to guests.

 Walking a few meters far away as well, you will reach the old town centre. This environment, that looks amply preserved on the distinctive identity of its 18 th century buildings, is a very amusing and pleasant spot, with a plenty of store, bar, restaurant, supermarket, converting the shopping in a pure and exciting fun, giving a lot of chances to meet a definitely warm and friendly population.

In this great location we proudly own 6 luxurious and confortable apartments. Each property in the ULIVETO is self catering and can comfortably accommodate from 2 up to 6 or 7 persons; each has a front veranda where our guests can relax, have breakfast, have a candle-lit dinner or simply sit and watch the marvellous spectacle of the sun setting over the sea.
